Andhra(AP) Pradesh sand online booking portal helps the State Government to manage and monitor the online sand Sand sale process.

Also, the APSSMMS portal allows customers to place bulk sand orders online. Once you register yourself at the official portal, you have to provide essential documents to place online sand orders.  

AP sand online booking portal allows you to select the district-wise stockyards within the state while placing the sand orders.

Procedure To Register On AP Sand Booking Portal

If you want to register yourself under the scheme, you must follow the simple process.
As per your Sand requirement for construction work, you can register yourself as a general consumer or bulk consumer:

If your construction work requires low quantity sand or you want to place online sand order for small Construction work. Then you can register yourself at AP sand online booking portal as a general consumer as follows-

Procedure For General Consumer Registration

  • First, you need to visit the official website APSSMMS.
  • Now you have to find and click on the “Consumer Login/ Register” option on the right sidebar of the APSSMMS portal’s “Home Page”.
  • By clicking on the “Consumer Login/ Register” option, you will redirect to the new Login /Registration page.
  • You will see two options on the page for “Register as a general Consumer” or register as a “Bulk” consumer.
  • You have to click on the register as “general Consumer” option. 
  • On the next page, you have to fill in your mobile number and click the “Send OTP” option. You will receive OTP on your mobile number.
  • Next, you have to Enter the OTP you received and click on the submit option.
  • You have to provide your Aadhar number details and click on submit option on the next step.
  • Next, you need to provide accurate details of your Present residential address, Name, District, Rural/ Urban, Mandal/ Municipality, Gram panchayat/ Ward, Address/Door no, Landmark/Street name, Pin Code, and Mail Id etc.
  • Once you have entered the above-required details, you have to tick the checkbox and click on the “Next” option.
  • Ensure that all details you provide are accurate. Now Click on the “register” option.

By following the above process, you will be successfully registered on the AP sand booking online portal, and now you are all set to place your first online sand order as “General Consumer “.

Procedure for as a Bulk Consumer Registration

If your construction work requires the Bulk quantity of sand or you want to place online sand order for Large Construction projects. Then you can register yourself at AP sand online booking portal as a “Bulk consumer” as follows-

  • First, you need to visit the official website APSSMMS.
  • Now you have to find and click on the “Consumer Login/ Register” option on the right sidebar of the APSSMMS portal’s “Home Page”.
  • By clicking on the “Consumer Login/ Register” option, you will redirect to the new Login /Registration page.
  • You will see two options on the page for “Register as a general Consumer” or register as a “Bulk” consumer.
  • You have to click on the register as “Bulk” Consumer option.
  • On the next page, you have to fill in your mobile number and click the “Send OTP” option. You will receive OTP on your mobile number.
  • Next, you have to Enter the OTP you received and click on the submit option.
  • For “Bulk” consumers(private company for large construction projects), you have to fill in your (company/ Private Firm) “GST Number”, then you have to click the “Get GST details” option.
  • By doing the above step, your registered Private Firm/ Company details will appear on the screen associated with provided “GST number”, .i.e.: Name of the company, Trade name, Mobile Number and Address etc.
  • Next, You need to provide your Private Firm “Registered Address” such as Name, District, Rural / Urban, Mandal / Municipality, Gram panchayat / Ward, Address / Door no, Landmark / Street name, Pin Code, and Mail Id etc.
  • Once you have entered the above-required details, you must tick the checkbox and click on the “Next” option.
  • Ensure that all details you provide are accurate. Now Click on the “register” option.

By following the above process, you will successfully register your Private Firm/ company or Agency(Government Org etc.) on the AP sand booking online Portal. Now you are all set to place your first online sand order as “Bulk Consumer “.

Procedure to Book Online Sand at sand.ap.gov.in

  • First, you need to visit the official website APSSMMS.
  • Now you have to find and click on the “Consumer Login/ Register” option on the right sidebar of the APSSMMS portal’s “Home Page”.
  • By clicking on the “Consumer Login/ Register” option, you will redirect to the new Login /Registration page.
  • To login to the AP sand booking Portal, you have to provide your Registered “Mobile Number”, and then you have to click on the “Send OTP” option.
  • By doing so, you will get and one-time password on your mobile to login into your account at ASSMMS Portal. Now you need to fill in the OTP and click submit option.
  • By doing so, you will successfully be logged into your account.

The above process is the same either you are a “General Consumer” or “Bulk” consumer.

From here to place online sand order, if you registered yourself earlier as a “general Consumer”, then you must follow a simple process below-

Procedure to place online sand order as a General Consumer

  • On your account dashboard, you need to find the “place online sand order” or “place order” or “book online sand order” or “Online Sand Booking” option given in the menu bar from the opened page.
  • Then you need to click on the “Sand Order” option.
  • By doing so, a new Application form will appear on your screen.
  • Next, you need to provide all details accurately, which are on the Application form, i.e., Select Type of work, Type of construction, Size of construction work, the quantity of sand required at present, etc.
  •  After that, You have to provide an accurate delivery address with additional information like First Name, Address details like District, Rural/ Urban, Mandal/ Municipality, GP/ Ward, Address, Pin code etc.
  • Next, You need to Pick Stockyard District, Stockyard, then Stockyard name, Required sand quantity etc.
  • While selecting the Stock Yard, make sure the chosen nearest Stock Yard is within the 30 kilometeres, because as per the official website, the “Door Delivery” of sand in tractors is available up to 30 Kilometers. Also, “Door Delivery” of sand is available in all districts of Andhra Pradesh.
  • After filling in the above details, your final order with price details will appear on the screen.
  • Next, you need to click on the “Continue payment” option and click on the “Online payment” option.
  • Select your preferred payment method from two payment methods available as “SBI” and “PAYU.”
  • Next, fill in the all required details related to the final payment and click on the “Pay now“.
  • After the payment is made, you need to print out the “order receipt.”
  • And make sure you have noted down your “Oder Id” for future use(Tracking of order).

Please note that Toll Charges (if applicable) are not included in the total price of sand when ordering sand (General sand order) online.

The driver will provide the toll receipt (up and down) for the trip to the consumer at the time of delivery, and the consumer needs to pay for the toll charges directly to the transporter.

Procedure to place online sand order as a Bulk Consumer

  • On your account dashboard, you need to find the “place online sand order” or “place order” or “book online sand order” or “Online Sand Booking” option given in the menu bar from the opened page.
  • Then you need to click on the “Sand Order” option.
  • By doing so, a new Application form will appear on your screen.
  • Next, you need to provide all details accurately on the Application form, i.e., select Type of work, Enter Work order/ Plan approval number, Type of construction, Enter Size of construction work, Enter the certified sand quantity, etc.
  • Now here, you need to Upload the certificate and supporting documents while placing the bulk sand order.
  • Next, You need to Pick Stockyard District, Stockyard, then Stockyard name, Required sand quantity etc.
  • While selecting the Stock Yard, make sure the chosen nearest Stock Yard is within the 30 kilometers, because as per the official website, the “Door Delivery” of sand in tractors is available up to 30 Kilometers. Also, “Door Delivery” of sand is available in all districts of Andhra Pradesh.
  • After that, You have to provide an accurate delivery address with additional information like First Name, Address details like District, Rural/ Urban, Mandal/ Municipality, GP/ Ward, Address, Pin code etc.
  • Click on the “SUBMIT” option, and your bulk order registration is successful at the AP sand online booking portal.
  • You need to note down the “order id” or take the printout of the receipt for future use.
  • Next, you have to wait for the department approval of your Bulk sand order. You need to revisit the Portal and log in to it. Once your Bulk sand order status has changed to “Approved.”
  • Then you can proceed to make the final payment for that click on the “Bulk order reference Number” option.
  • You will get details of the “approved bulk sand order”.
  • Next, you need to click on the “Continue payment” option and click on the “Online payment” option.
  • Select your preferred payment method from two payment methods available as “SBI” and “PAYU.”
  • Next, fill in the all required details related to the final payment and click on the “Pay now“.
  • After the payment is made, you need to print out the “order receipt.”
  • And make sure you have noted down your “Oder Id” for future use(Tracking of order).

  • First, you need to visit the official website APSSMMS.
  • Now you have to find and click on the “Order Status” option on the right sidebar of the APSSMMS portal’s “Home Page”.
  • A new pop-up will appear on the screen.
  • Next, you have to enter your “Sand Order id” and click on the “submit” button.
  • By doing so, your order status will appear on the screen with complete details like order id, order status, Booked quantity, Dispatched Date, Driver name, vehicle number and delivery date etc.

Procedure to Download the AP Sand Mobile Application & AP Sand Transporter Mobile Application

  • First, you need to visit the official website APSSMMS.
  • Now you have to find and click on the “AP Sand – Download app” or “AP Sand Transporter – Download app” option on the right sidebar of the APSSMMS portal’s “Home Page”.
  • Next, you need to click the “AP Sand” option or “sand transporter” option.
  • You will be redirected to the google play store App Store where you can see the official mobile application.
  • You need to click on the “Install” button. 

OR

  • You cn directly visit the “Google play store” on your phone.
  • Click on the “search” bar
  • Search “AP Sand” or “AP sand transporter” (Search the application name which you want to download).
  • You need to click on the “Install” button. 

Please note that “AP sand” & “AP sand Transporter” mobile application download links are currently not working correctly. So make sure you only download the official mobile application.

  • First, you need to visit the official website APSSMMS.
  • Now you have to find and click on the “Consumer Login/ Register” option on the right sidebar of the APSSMMS portal’s “Home Page”.
  • By clicking on the “Consumer Login/ Register” option, you will redirect to the new Login /Registration page.
  • To login to the AP sand booking Portal, you have to provide your Registered “Mobile Number”, and then you have to click on the “Send OTP” option.
  • By doing so, you will get and one-time password on your mobile to login into your account at ASSMMS Portal. Now you need to fill in the OTP and click submit option.

Procedure Of AP Sand Contractor Registration

  • First, you need to visit the official website APSSMMS.
  • Now you have to find and click on the “Contractor registration” option on the right sidebar of the APSSMMS portal’s “Home Page”(The registration panel is for Excavation / Pattadhar / Depot Contractors only).
  • A new Application form will Appear on the scree please provide all details accurately.
