UP Ration Card : In the leadership of Chief minister yogi Aditya Nath, the Government of Uttar Pradesh launched the flagship program, “Uttar Pradesh ration card scheme”.

The main objective of यूपी राशन कार्ड scheme is to provide ration services to the people of Uttar Pradesh. The Government of Uttar Pradesh is setting up an excellent example for good governance by providing Ration card services with the help of online web portals and mobile applications.

By doing this, the Uttar Pradesh Government is making schemes more transparent so that actual needy people can get benefits from the Up ration card scheme.

About UP Ration Card

As per the old citizen charter, four ration cards are in circulation in Uttar Pradesh.

  • BPL ration card- BPL ration card will be provided for those families of the state who live below the poverty line. The annual income of BPL families should not exceed Rs.9000. Through this ration card, all the beneficiaries per family will get- 
    • 23 kg of wheat,
    • 12 kg of rice,
    • 700 grams of sugar per unit per month,
    • Three liters of kerosene to the LPG gas connection holder,
    •  Five liters of kerosene per card per month to the holder without a LPG gas connection. 

 All the above facilities will be provided at the concessional price fixed by the government.

Ration Card Color: White

The price for BPL Ration Card scheme will be fixed by the District Magistrate which is printed on the front page of the card.

  • Annapurna Ration Card Scheme– This type of ration card will be provided to the older people who are 65 years of age or more and who are eligible for an old-age pension but they are not getting old age pension all the beneficiaries per family will get- 
    • 10 kg wheat per month free.

 All the above facilities will be provided free of cost by the government.

Ration Card Color: Green

  • APL Ration Card– APL ration card will be provided to those state families who live above the poverty line. Through this ration card, all the beneficiaries per family will get- 
    • 23 kg of wheat,
    • 12 kg of rice,
    • Three liters of kerosene to the LPG gas connection holder,
    •  Five liters of kerosene per card per month to the holder without a LPG gas connection. 

 All the above facilities will be provided at the concessional price fixed by the government.

Ration Card Color: Yellow

The price for the APL Ration Card scheme will be fixed by the District Magistrate, which is printed on the front page of the card.

  • Antyodaya Anna Yojana AAY ration cardAAY ration card will be provided to those poorest families living below the poverty line, whose annual income is less than Rs.9,000. (Maximum 15.33 percent of the number of BPL families earmarked for the state). Through this ration card, all the beneficiaries per family will get- 
    • 23 kg of wheat at Rs.2 per kg,
    • Rs.3 per 700 grams of sugar per unit per month,
    • Three liters of kerosene to the LPG gas connection holder,
    •  Five liters of kerosene per card per month to the holder without a LPG gas connection. 

 All the above facilities will be provided at the concessional price fixed by the government.

The price for the APL Ration Card scheme will be fixed by the District Magistrate, which is printed on the front page of the card.

  • First, you have to visit the official Ration card Portal of the Uttar Pradesh state government at fcs.up.gov.in
  • On the home page of the official Portal, you have to find the “Ration Card Eligibility List” option. Click on it.
  •  By doing so, you will be redirected to the “National Food Security Act (NFSA) Eligibility List” Page.

  • Next, you have to click on “Ration Card” next to your Ration shop Dealer’s name from the table.
  • If you are an AAY Ration Cardholder, then click on the “AAY Ration Card” option.
  • Once done, you have the Ration shop-wise complete Ration Card list.

Procedure to Download Fair price shop e-Challan (e-Invoice) at FCS Ration Card UP Portal

If you want to download an e-invoice(e challan) for fair price shop at the official FCS Ration Card UP Portal, then you have to follow the below process-

  • First, you have to visit the official Ration card Portal of the Uttar Pradesh state government at fcs.up.gov.in
  • On the home page of the official Portal, you have to find the “Fair Price Shop e-Challan” option. Click on it.
  • By doing so, you will be redirected to the e-challan download page.
  • Next, you have to select your “District” from the drop-down list.
  • After that, select “Area” as “Urban” or “Rural.”
  • Next, you have to select the “Body Development Section” from the drop-down list.
  • Next, you have to enter your “Shop Code Number.
  • After that, you have to select the “Allocation month” from the drop-down list.
  • Next, select the “Fiscal year,” with “Type of allotment” as “Regular” or “Extra” from the drop-down list.
  • Once done, click on the “See” button.
  • By doing so, the e-challan of Fair Price shop will appear on the screen in pdf format.
  • After that, click on the “Download” option to download the Fair Price Shop e-challan pdf for the selected fiscal year.
  • By doing so, you can download the e-challan(e-Invoice) of the Fair Price Ration shop at the official FCS Ration card UP Portal.

If you want to share feedback at the “Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Uttar Pradesh official portal,” then you have to follow the below process-

  • First, you have to visit the official Ration card Portal of the Uttar Pradesh state government at fcs.up.gov.in
  • On the home page of the official Portal, you have to find the “Feedback” option. Click on it.
  • By doing so, you will be redirected to the “Feedback page.”
  • Next, you have to enter your “Name,” “Address,” “Mobile Number.”
  • After that, you have to enter your “suggestion” or “Feedback” in the required box.
  • Once done, you have to click on the “Send suggestion” button.
  • By doing so, you can give your suggestions or feedback at the FCS UP Ration Card Portal.

If you want to file a complaint at the Uttar Pradesh Ration Card official portal, then you should follow the given process-

  • First, you have to visit the official Ration card Portal of the Uttar Pradesh state government at fcs.up.gov.in
  • On the home page of the official Portal, you have to find the “complain online” option. Click on it.
  • You will be redirected to the “call center” page by doing so.
  • Next, you have to click on the “register complaint” option. 
  • Once done, you will be redirected to the “Complaint page.” 
  • Now you have to fill in all the required details in the form like your mobile number, Address details, personal details, professional details, Cast details, etc. 
  • After that, select your home “District” and local “area” from the drop-down list.
  •  Next, enter the “subject of Complaint” with “number of prior complaints.”
  • Now you have to enter “Complaint Details” in a maximum of 1500 characters.
  • After that, verify the captcha code and click on the “submit” or “enter” button.
  • Once done, you will get the complaint number. Keep that number for future purposes.  
  • By doing so, you can register a complaint at the UP Ration Card official Portal.
